Spent the morning trying on clothes that were too tight or just plain didn’t fit 20 pounds ago. There’s about a 6 month difference between these pictures. I’ve just been watching my food intake, first with Weight Watchers, then with MyFitnessPal; trying to make healthier choices; and incorporating more exercise and movement into my life. I haven’t felt deprived, and I feel like I’ve finally grown up enough to learn some self control. My progress might be slow, but I think that’s what’s helping me make this a lifestyle change, not a diet. Slow and steady wins the race!
